DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate general dentist for a part-time or full-time position (3 days per week) in our Summit County, OH office. Great opportunity for growth. Offering daily rate of $600.00 to $750.00 (based on experience) or 30% of Collections. Paid holidays and vacation time, 401k matching retirement plan. Best Associate is one who can do Cosmetic Dentistry, Root Canals, Crowns, and Veneers. Opportunity for future partnership for the right Associate. You’ll be joining a small practice that’s focused on promoting education, health, professional and personal growth, not sales, not insurance, not how much more production could be squeezed of your hands, your back or your life. You’ll be working with a highly professional, patient centered small group of team members who respect you as a person and do everything in their power to make sure your critical role is easier, more effective, more enjoyable and fits with your personal life demands and priorities. You’ll be working in one of the finest facilities in the country with the state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, CBCT, instrument sterilization and CEREC same day crown technology. You’ll be working in a modern and upscale space with an open and bright layout that welcomes everyone with a particular attention to art and music. Our newly expanded and renovated space and treatment rooms are equipped with brand new instruments and ultrasonic devices with easy and convenient instrument supply and organization as well as a state-of-the-art sterilization facility.
You’ll be encouraged and supported to develop long term healthy relationship with each person and allowed the appropriate time to do so with each person. You’ll be working under a practice philosophy that use each patient as a unique person with unique challenges, feelings, perspectives, goals and priorities and that the only way to optimally help each person is to understand all of those things and then structure treatment strategies and processes around that knowledge.
