DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a full-time associate general dentist for our St. Louis. MO metro practice. We are and have been experiencing capacity limitations and are to expand our building this fall in order to better meet the needs of our patients and community. Offering $600.00-$1,000.00 per day guarantee (based on experience and ability) vs. % of Production; negotiable. Medical/dental insurance, 401k + matching, life insurance, paid time off, CE allowance, $12,000 signing bonus; can be paid out with $3,000 relocation up front and then paid out $1,000 monthly over the course of months 4-12. Ideal candidate will be understanding, patient, explanatory and professional to patients and staff. Require Honest, Ethical, Compassionate, Good Communicator. Prefer candidate who can do Endodontics, Independent, Self-motivated, Servant-leader, Experience leading a team. Located in one of the three fastest-growing communities in the County.
