DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate General dentist for our multiple locations in Eastern Pennsylvania office; Full-time preferred. Compensation is a base salary of $120k per year. Employee shall also be able to receive additional compensation based on the applicable percentage of “Net Collections” of Employer arising directly from services performed directly by Employee based on the following, provided that Employee’s Net Collections exceed Employee’s Base Salary.
Percentage Compensation Monthly Net Collections
30% $0.00 to $60,000.00
32% $60,001.00 to $80,000.00
35% $80,000.00 and over
Net Collections means all amounts actually collected by Employer for work directly performed by Employee. Ideal candidate will have great communication skills and good bed-side manner.
