COMPENSATION:

The top half of our dentists are earning more than $220,000 per year.  Our compensation is structured so that you will earn the higher between a daily guarantee and a % of collections (varies by state / location – starting daily rates range from $650 to $825 / starting collections % range from 30% to 34%).

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $20k, relocation benefits, student loan repayment, medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, 401k with company match, PTO, CE reimbursement and H1-B and Permanent Residency Sponsorship.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for dentists who possess compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults; dentists who provide a great customer experience, work well with staff and other dentists, and are open to training and consistent feedback about both their clinical quality and behaviors in the office.  We expect all of our doctors to act as leaders in their offices.  They are, of course, driving the quality of the dentistry being practiced in that office so this includes training and providing feedback to staff, participating in team meetings, leading huddles etc.
