DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate general dentist for a Full-time position (4 days per week) in our Outagamie County and second location in Portage County, WI office. Fantastic growth opportunity. Offering 30% of Monthly Dentist Net Production, less 25% lab fees. Practice pays $1,000 towards Health Insurance, CE Paid $3600.00/year, Mentoring, Ownership opportunity, 401k, Liability Insurance paid by practice, $20K sign-on bonus (to be paid $5K at the end of each quarter). Any experience level will be considered. Must be a good communicator, compassionate, kind & gentle. Ownership opportunity offered. This practice has 4 generations of patients, it is well liked in the community. Staff are all long-time here and committed. One Location is a larger small town, with small town values.
