DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate General Dentist for our Madison, WI office; Full-time preferred, but Part-time accepted. Compensation is a base salary ($125k per year for full-time, $90k per year for part-time) plus a sliding scale production bonus ranging between 30-40% of total production. Offer a great benefit package including short-term and long-term disability, company paid profit sharing, cash balance plan and 401k plan; offer full-time associates 20 days of paid vacation and up to an additional week of unpaid vacation; extend an additional 4 days off for C.E. activity and a $3k allowance for C.E. courses.
